The Weeks family have been a blessing to do many over the years. They took me under their collective wings when I separated out if the Navy, and moved in next door to develop my civilian life. I will miss you Betty, and will always honor you, Gary, and the kids. You have all made my life better, for Eternity.

We spent so many good times together with Betty and Gary in Lancaster. Will never forget all the wonderful Super Bowl parties at your house. The love your family showed to all of us will never be forgotten. I’m sure Betty that you were welcomed into Heaven with open arms from all your many friends and family that went before you. Love you

When Betty and Gary moved from California to Texas to be near family, I was delighted to discover a special new friendship with them both. Betty and I became very close, partly through the spiritual director training program that we shared and we encouraged one another in our personal development through countless deep conversations. I am a better person for having known Betty for these last 15 years and having seen how she lived out her faith in God and her love for her wonderful family. I will miss you always, Dear Friend.

I had the privilege of meeting and getting to know Betty through our Charis Spiritual Direction classes. I absolutely loved her! We had to pair up one time, neither of us knew each other well. After a few minutes, most of them silent, I knew she was something special. A heart of gold, that smile, I'm so sorry to hear this news today. Sending love and prayers to her family, she will be truly missed, but there is no doubt where she is. Betty is in the loving presence of God.
