The Improvements and Repair Team organizes and implements improvement and repair projects on campus within the safety guidelines of the diocese of Portland. Members generally have developed practical experience in a number of trades.

Communications Team
Good communication is essential to the community and life of the parish. The Communications Team addresses all aspects of communication in the parish in written, electronic, and physical form. Members of this team work with both content and physical presentation on the parish bulletin, the parish website and other written communication as needed.

Building and Grounds - Safety Assessment Team
The Safety Assessment Team periodically assesses the St. Pius X campus for safety, both physical and procedural. It identifies issues that need to be addressed by maintenance or improvements.

Finance Team
The Finance Team is composed of individuals with experience and knowledge of good business and financial practice, accounting and record keeping, The team meets once a month to review the financial practices of the church and also drives the yearly budget process for the church. At least one member provides liaison with the Stewardship Team in Community Life, and another with the Finance Team of the St. Pius X School. The Finance Team also oversees the Weekly Collection Counter Teams.

Capital Improvements Team
The Capital Improvements Team is composed of a broad spectrum of parish members who receive proposals for improvements and projects on the St. Pius X campus. The Capital Improvements Team assesses each proposal, develops a long-term plan for campus improvement and makes recommendation to Pastoral Council.

Technology Team
The Technology Team provides knowledge and assistance to the parish in the areas of Communications Infrastructure (telephones, website and networks) and Computer Services. Members make recommendation for requisitions and improvements, as well as provide hands-on expertise in these areas..
